I was going to run a wire from the starter solenoid to a 30a surge protector and have all my ring terminal positive wires go there. Would it be bad to run one large wire (4-8 gauge) to a single two pole surge protector then run ALL my accessories from that? Including the electric fans. It would be ...

wanting to know how to use u12 ecu to wire up electric fans
Ok guys, so I have removed the exhaust gas temp sensor pin and the scv solenoid pin from the ecu and put the the pin and a little wire into pin 9 and 10. The relays for the radiator fans are controlled from these pins. With tunerpro I can modify the on and off temps, but I need to know how to get th...

Also I don't know if this matters or not. I just made an s13 based map instead of a u12 map for my car today (duh), but when I put the s1r chip in my u12 ecu, I didn't do the lights staying on crap. Of course when I put my old u12 bin back in, it did it the first time out. Is there something in the ...

damn them gremlins.....ka24et....dash dummy lights stay on
Ok so this may be miscategorized. Sorry. When I turn my car off sometimes, the dummy lights stay on. This can cause my battery to die. To remedy this I have to pull the "ENG CONT" fuse in the engine bay by where the battery used to be. This has been happening pretty much ever since forever...

If it's just the compressor housing is in the way why not just take it of in the parking lot at the shop and then push it in. Once they charge it push it out of their shop and throw it back on. Otherwise why not just get a cheap kit from the auto parts store and recharge it yourself at your house? ...

If you take off the compressor housing and unplug the mafs, your engine should still run. It won't be purring like a kitten but it should run well enough to charge the a/c. Yeah but won't the idle be too high then? So are we all in agreement that absolutely nothing bad can happen if I remove the co...

Ok guys as the topic states, I'm looking for help on how you guys are able to evac and recharge you air conditioning with the turbo in the way of the high (or low) side line by the ac compressor. Everything was great until the j pipe burned through the ac line near the bmc. Got a custom line made th...

Is it normal for my car to be showing 60* btdc at idle in ecutalk? When I set the timing at distributor, tps unplugged, rpm 750, it shows 15* btdc. Plug tps back in and it falls to about 12*. But ecutalk shows 60* btdc. Also I am having a problem that when I press the brakes rpms drop about 200-300 ...
