check fuel pressure while its acting up? you changed everything but the injectors and pump by the sounds of it. check for boost leaks too. i guess if you have MS you arent running a maf anymore so boost leaks shouldnt do that really... you still have the butterfly power valves in the intake manifold...

not the donuts between the rail and mani, the bottom o ring on the injectors, if they dont seat correctly (if you dont lube them enough) theyll leak fuel right past the injector and into the intake manifold. pop the rail up off the manifold and turn the key on and and check for leaks

I would focus on the 02 sensor. It can cause funny issues with the motor. If you have disabled the o2 sensor properly, it should read '0' on the datalog. Here's what I do on TunerPro, not sure how it translates to Nistune: Try disabling the 'A/F Alpha Self Learning' scaler at address 03D0 Make the ...

i ran a 14.8@93 with a 2.09 60' when i was NA its very possible. stock motor rebuilt with like 10k miles, coilovers, and a 4.36 180sx vlsd. car wieghed 2680 with me in it.
i think half the NA times you see that are 15s or 16s are beat high mileage motors and/or people who drive like women.
