well i thought it was completely fixed until i just now went to drive it. it idled fine then it bogs down and dies.

i fixed it thanks for the help. i just took out my spark plugs and cleared the cylinders and let the maf dry out. did it some how

it cranks. tries to go once in awhile but nothing.

i think im having the exact same problem. just happened to me today. i think my maf got wet and is done for.

I was driving in some heavy rain and car started boggin and dieing. made it home. now it wont even start. i see that the maf sensor got wet so i let it dry out for awhile. still doesnt even start. i have a 95 ka24det. any ideas? no codes being thrown.

i want to use my safc with my jwt tuned ecu for the dec air settings so i dont stall. what settings to i need. like do i use 5 in and 5 out for my maf or what? i couldnt get it to work.

it was actually my safc that was messing things up... i had everything set to zero or not doing anything so idk why it was messing things up.. i just want to use the safc so my car doesnt die when i put in the clutch everytime. what settings do i need to have them on to make it work like that?

long story but basically right now my car is giving some white smoke out the exhaust and the engine is shaking like it is miss firing. i do not belive it is a blown head gasket, i am not leaking any fuel out of my injector orings. im just not sure where to look. it has to be a fuel issue doesnt it? ...

no it will not run the same if you take out the o2 sensor. and i highly doubt its the ecu. im not quite sure check to see if you maybe blew the o-ring alittle on your 4th cyclinder. im not sure sorry.

manifold depends on your pricing but i think to get 300 horsies you nede like 400cc and up i believe, and you can use a safc up until 550 cc injectors to controll your fueling.

did you take any lines off when you cleaned it or was everything left on?

tells you how much fuel you have in your exhaust. so you can use a fuel controller to run it perfectly. get them everywhere just look.

no that stuff has nothing to do with what im saying... im just wondering if the second ecu will work fine even tho its doesnt screw in like my last one. they are both s14 ecus and both auto ecus but one screwed in and one has like a knob where your sappose to screw it in. and one says hu on the cove...

it was the ground by the fuse box in the engine bay.. it caused the starter to not work and blew the "engine" fuse.. and my safc worked and turned off before this and once i grounded it better and replaced the fuse it didnt turn off.. my car doesnt run good right now. would a bad ecu cause...

it didnt use to stay on but i had a ground come loose and the engine fuse blow so i fixed both of those but when i did that the safc stays on and so does my oil and battery light when i take the key out

if im getting 12v to my starter and im getting the signal when the ignition is turned and under no load( just hanging there) it doesnt do anything, is there any other possibilities other then a bad starter?
