one thing i can tell you is spare battery bolt isnt welded great just 2 spot welds and i bet if you check the resistance between your motor and battery it will be too high. so either find a better location or weld it all the way around. another thing, are you running stock injectors or larger inject...

don't hate on the stock rom tuned nissan ecu, i've made over 550whp for over 6 years and over 700whp for over 2 years on a stock rom tuned nissan ecu and E85. E85 is a different animal and it wants more timing and a different afrs. you really need full access to fuel/timing maps and a dyno when tuni...

I also made 294 whp and 337 wtrq at 14psi on a s15 t28 with 9.0:1 compression and bc264 cams. Happy dyno or not seems like an average for a t28 on the ka.
