sounds like a stupid fix but had someone with a cx radiator having similar issues. are you running a stock rad cap or a higher pressure one? the kids car would overheat after about 20 minutes, couldnt figure it out, but a blitz cap on and it fixed the issue.

are the fuel lines in the right order? hook them up backwards and theyll just dump fuel into the cylinders
