Almost sounds like you're getting a full out MAF signal. Are all the cylinders flooding or just 1 or 2?

Are you running an S-AFC? if so, what does the AF% say at start up?

If you can pull your intake manifold off your motor - cold. You can check and see if oil is puddling on the intake valves. When my stem seals were bad, there would be a sizeable amount of oil sitting on the valves ready to go into the cylinders on start-up.

Sandwich plates are not filtered. Get rid of it. I burned up 2 turbo's running a sandwich plate. You might get away with it running an older motor but a new motor will run a ton of metal particulate from break in through your turbo.

If the plugs are getting wet, unplug the injectors and let it crank, if it fires up for a second. it could be your injectors over working and spraying too much fuel. Bad FPR or MAF signal?

Flip the plug wires 180 on the cap, You have to make sure the rotor is hitting the no1 plug when the bottom AND top end are at TDC. These Ebay/Emusa coil overs are COMPLETE GARBAGE. NEVER let anyone buy them!!! The stantion tube moves conciderably within the shock body. Because the S chassis suspension rides on this axis of motion, it will create shaking, poor handling characteristics and premature seal failure. Mine never ended...

I've had some pretty tight turbo's, I just hold the compressor housing and wack the inside of the turbine housing with a ball peen hammer, gets them every time.

Interesting, you could always have a local machine shop turn a pulley to bolt onto the crank. I know the ATI is good piece of mind, but I've never personally had any problems running the Ebay pulleys. I was thinking I could just machine off the PS rungs and make a bolt on pulley to run the charger, ...
