Get a 2871R if you want spool and to still be able to hit 400whp. Although I think your numbers are extremely low for the boost and turbo you're running. Dont get too hung up on the actual dyno figure. You might only dyno 300whp on one dyno, but you could dyno 400 on another. I know a guy locally running a Precision 50 trim @ 18psi that made 420whp with the factor...

Im running the exact same pump without this problem. Infact at idle when the revs drop I can still hear the tensioner going a bit slack. Assuming your tunes are similar, technically the only limiting factor once the blocks are build is the head studs, so you should both peak at around the same HP before you're lifing the head.
