Looking great man. Funny, you mounted the PS resi the exact same way I did :). Ive had it there now for over a year, and have had no issues. Good luck with that BOV too btw.....That thing game me so much damn headache. Tial, HKS, and the like are worth the extra coin IMHO.

Thats the same way I installed mine. I dropped mine in about 3 years ago. Hate to say it, but I think your top end loss is comeing from another area. You have one of the most clean cars on the site man. Love what your doing with everything. Keep it up, and I'll keep drooling ;)

Looking great man. Ive done a little bit of polishing too, Turbo housings, blow off valves, intercooler piping etc. I always use the same method JMCC just mentioned. Takes forever, but well worth it.

Never once have I retorqued the head bolts after building an engine.....But who knows. Have you tried called ARP? I cant see that being something no one on the forums would have ever known about, but there customer support is pretty good. Give em a call and see what they say.

Oh my god man.....I love liven in Texas but the heat in the summer time is almost unbearable. And beyond that, the other most important hose/signal line to secure is the fuel pressure regular vacuum source. That can easily cause motor failure if the line ever pops off as well (also why I like to run non-factory adj. FPR's so that way I can set it up with a braided line+fittings combination)...

i do believe there is, the fittings are different in size, the fittings that go in/out of the compressor, and is different enough to where it wont fit. this might be goin from s13>s14 but i really think it also goes for zenki>kouki, nismo_dreaming ran into this same problem. Its really hard to say for your setup, but all of the bottom mounts (including mine) that I have come across dont have much issue with the AC. There is no Automatic VS Manual gauge difference. I dont think theres even a difference in the connectors, but you may need to get one that matches your year.
