when the cars running the turbo should not stop spinning at all!!! i think you might've forgetten to put the fire ring (wastegate valve seat) in or you have a horrible exhaust leak somewhere. maybe the turbo isnt good but even a bad turbo will spin. get that checked out.

yeah i was gonna say the same thing. when i was at 14psi on a gt2876r it felt great (340whp great) but at 18 psi it felt fudging amazing. never dyno'd on 18psi but butt dyno said it was very close to 400.

lightning motorsports looks like its only the clutch though. i'll call, they're local.

i say forgo the forged rods and get forged pistons. the stock rods are good up to 400hp give or take. the pistons are our weakest link. getting a new oil pump is also a great idea.
