ive got this damn problem on my car. but s14 calum ecu so i cant turn o2 feedback off. but basically any changes to values in the cruise parts of the maps results in no change or a negative change. although ive never tried tuning with the sensor unplugged. If you have "E038 - Feedback Control ...

The ECU switch over points are at 0.46V and 0.52V, based on a 0-2.5V range, 0-1023 A/D conversion. The O2 voltage reported by consult is the highest 8bits of the 10bit A/D conversion (10bit conversion/4) and I don't know what conversion factor CalumSult is using to convert that number to a voltage. ...

The WBO2 voltage to AFR conversion is being done by the LM-1, and the AFR is then sent to Logworks. There might be a way to program the LM-1 to compensate the conversion for ground offset. Another solution would be to ground the LM-1 (check to see if there is a separate analog ground) at the same pl...

My guess is that the ground reference for the LM1 and your narrow band O2 are different causing an offset in the voltage readings between the 2 sensors. The ECU is controlling AFR based on the narrow band, and you are logging AFR based on the LM1. Where is the wide band O2 voltage to AFR conversion ...

With a narrow band O2 sensor, the only AFR you can tune to is ~14.7. Regardless of the values in the fuel map, the closed loop system will still try to maintain the AFR around 14.7. The values in the fuel map set the injector pulse width roughly in the center of the range of control the closed loop ...

The jumper (000 resistor) is relocated from CJ1 to CJ2 so the CPU will read from the daughter board PROMS instead of the ROM on the motherboard.

Ask enthalpy what they changed to compensate for the 370 to 440 injector size change. If they say the only change was to the "K constant", that could be your problem. The ECU doesn't use the K constant when it calculates the injector pulse width during cranking. The ECU still thinks you ha...

Check your ECU for CEL codes. It might be the CLT (coolant temp. sensor).

can someone tell me what happens if you use a different bin than the one that is numbered for the ecu, like 53f10 is what is on the ecu and you use a 53f00? thanks 53F10 is for an automatic trans, 53F00 is for manual(MT). You can run a MT bin in an automatic ECU with a MT, but not the other way aro...

All you need hardware wise is an SR20DET ECU, ignitor, and COP coils. (Maybe a DET valve cover also?) With TunerCode you can run the SR20DET ECU with either DET or DE CAS.

Bringing this back from the dead to report that Calum and I are working on another RT board with lower part count and hopefully cheaper/easier construction.

Tuning the sohc ecu is the exact same as tuning the dohc only that its like 4x cheaper with the sohc. I started developing TunerCode originally on the Stanza 8bit ECU for my buddy Vern's ITA 240sx with KA24E. I then moved on to the 16bit ECUs because they are much more plentiful and demand for feat...
