I've never heard of this being an issue. I think you will be fine, now the downpipe you get for that might hit the floor board. With the KA exhaust flange sitting higher than the SR it puts the downpipe right up against the floor.

How is ac and ps with the bottom mount? Shouldn't be an issue. This is a Garrett GT2876R which has the T04z compressor cover. What are you planning on doing hitting the LC at every stop light? ^ I've had mine setup for a few years now and the turbo is still in great shape. I had a cheap tubular T2 manifold and it cracked but I blame that on just being old and through so many dang heat cycles.

Such a simple process, but I'm sure some people have a hard time figuring it out. Years ago it took me a few minutes to understand how to make/use one.

Also one other thing you can point out JK is as long as you always save as and rename when making changes, you will be able to go back and use the older .tcd/.bin if something you changed made it worse and not better.
