For those who have done it how much did a machince shop charge yal? im about to take it to get a quote i didnt get the undercut one. ams sent all the regular size ones.

Advise your son to be careful with JDM engines, and that any engine he gets should be taken apart, and rebuilt properly. is it pretty much a stock oil pump? my timing cover is missing a oil pump so i wanted to know if i could just order that and be set?

If you run a twin scroll turbo with a open manifold then this should work. It would allow you to close off one volute on the turbine housing and direct all engine air flow to the open volute, essentially dividing The A/R of the turbine housing.
