Well I'm disassembling my ka24de for a rebuild here soon and I need to know how to pull this "girdle" type thing out of the block. I've already removed all of the bolts holding it in and it seems as if it's stuck in there somehow or maybe I'm missing something here. Is it ok to pry it out ...
