Why doesn't someone just use 2 BOV's, one on the Hot and one on the Cold?

Major boost creep issue!
To start off with, I am just looking for ideas.... I have a bottome mount SSautocrap mani, GT2871R .86 AR internal gate, SSautocrap divorced dump, and 3" exh. With the boost set for 13psi (electronicly set) the boost shoots for the moon and hits 17psi around 5000+rpm and wants to keep going up....

The HKS fan controller is an awesome little gaget that contorls the fans and has a built in temp senor with warnings alerts. Mine sucks A$$. Well, you need to create a low pressure zone behind the radiator. If you don't want to go through the hodd, then you have to go below the car. To do that, you have to speed up the air flowing under the car from the front to at least behind the front wheels. Do you happen to have any aerodynamic book...

lol thought you'd get a kick out of that.=) He's doesn't really want to worry about emissions I think, but the car is OBD 1 so that would make it a little easier since he just has to pass the sniffer. hey now, easy richard. :) he probably already knows but john reed makes a nice aem kit for the vip...
