Basically you give them your ECU along with your setup and they give you a pre-programmed tune. It will be general and conservative, but it will get the job done if you aren't comfortable tuning yourself.

I've been watching this guy for about a month now, he started them at $80 and has been dropping the price by $10 each time he re-lists them... so they might be back up for even less soon... I wanna see how cheap he'll go =)

It's not using any power from the fuel pump. Just using the power to signal the relay. As a personal rule of thumb, I don't use anything fuel system related to trigger anything. Personally, I would use any other ignition source for power to trigger the relay instead of the fuel pump fuse. I also do...

I had same issue, used some red rtv and threw a couple washers on there to give the bolts better pressure. I think that plate is just a bit thinner than the EGR is, and so the bolt runs out of threads before its completely tight.

100 amp breaker from advanced or autozone for like $30 and never had an issue. 30A is waaay too small for the main positive.

I'm good, thanks for asking. You do not need to build the bottom end for around 300horsepower. It wouldn't hurt, but it is possible to get by on stock internals for 300hp. It's all in the tune. You probably can't/shouldn't make 300hp on a T25. It's already small/inefficient at stock boost, and you'd...

You will not be in constant boost even with a T25 on the highway, boost is dependent on throttle plate, not just rpm. So even at 3000rpm you will still be in vacuum. And when you step on it, instant boost.

Injector O-Rings are very temperamental. Even small slices/cracks will cause them to leak horribly, flooding the engine and causing misfires and running issues. To Test: Remove the bolts holding your fuel rail to the intake manifold and lift the rail and injectors (don't disconnect anything). Lay so...

Have you messed with injectors at all? Maybe they are torn/leaking fuel? Checked plugs see if they've fouled especially if you've been running without a tune then let it sit.

I'm thinking more along the lines of requiring more "creative" pipe work in general all in the name of keeping your battery in the stock location (and you get a better weight distribution in the trunk anyways). Or u can buy a Miata battery and not worry about much of anything.

What I've heard (and think you might be confusing with California Police) is that the EPA can royally screw you over if they find out you have an "illegal" motor in your car. I think it follows the same concepts of all the Skylines they've been hunting down, seizing, and selling/export. If...

Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but from what I've read (and experienced) it's fairly normal for your values to be a little bit off to get everything right where you want it to be. I've got same problem, usually does it when the motor is cold, much harder to do when motor is warm (although may still do it on occasion). If I run A/C it is much more difficult to stall but rpms still dip to around 400-500. Funny thing is it shoots back up to stable idle when I come to a stop.
