Picked up a couple more parts to the puzzle today: an N62 flow sensor with pigtail $40, walbro 255 $40, t/28 to t3 flange adapter(ordered when I was planning on using the 300zx turbo)

Well I bought new tires and the problem is now a little worse??? I do believe one of the front rotors is out, so I will replace those next and see if that cures the problem. Then, I will try the rims, there is lots of curb rash on these wheels, could be a bent rim :-(

there is a low freqency vibration mostly felt in the steering wheel. I took the front tires off to work on the wheels. Im 95% sure that it is one or both of the front tires. The insides of the tires are abnomally worn. I will be getting new ones in a week or so. Thanks guys!!

Are there any likely culprits I should look into first? The car oscillates about 5 seconds of vibration and then 5 seconds without vibration, and cycles like that unless im out of the speed range. Any advice or experience with this issue? Most of the vibration/oscillation is in the steering wheel.
