Fingers crossed but my money is on it not fitting. Does the BEP housing for the hx35 come in 5 bolt? He's got tons of holsets. I just don't wanna buy the housing to find it doesn't fit. An on center 5 bolt housing would def get me the clearance. I'm into road racing and drift so if the clearance is...

+1 for JWT. I am probably biased because its the only tune I have ever owned. But then again it's probably a good sign that it's tried and true. I have also had very good results with the JWT ECU. The cobra or Z32 MAF and 72lb rom tune is just about perfect for anybody in the 350-450whp range that ...

Nah I'm sticking with my ETD. (shortie tube mani). Sweet idea though. I'm using an aem tru boost. I'm actually a bit on the fence with it but it is of course digital. It has pretty poor resolution on the duty cycle and subsequently is hard to dial in and to to hold well at various levels. The HY35 ...

The most successful autocross and time attack KA-T's run GT3071R's with antilag. That will hit your goal. If you want ot do it cheaper with a journal bearing turbo I'd go with a 50trim or a HY35. I believe the HY35 at 20-24psi will make 400/400+ and do it very early in the curve based off this dyno....

That's pretty interesting. But the 60 trim map lends it's self to the ka better then the 57? This 60-1 is seeming like a good option, or the 50 trim. With pump gas being the limitation I'm thinking I need to pick something that will hit my goal of low 4s by 20# forget all the head room of the bigge...

Hook you up with my T2/3076R. Spools like a mother, and has a good top end if you externally gate the manifold 8) I'm going with an old HX35 in the shed and ditching this thing. I need it to help fund the new build. Good choice on the HX35. Make sure you get the bullseyepower T3 turbine housing or ...

Read this thread.... http://www.ka-t.org/forums/viewtopic.php?t=50312 Similar goals. I would get a Holset HY35 if it was me. Way more duarable then a PTE journal bearing and makes just as much power. Neuken manifolds......
Anyone ever use these?? If the quality is on par with peak boost and SLS these looks like a pretty good deal. I had a freind witht he SR20 top mount and it looked as good as any peakboost I've ever seen.

it looks like the hx35 is the better overall choice.. i'll sacrifice the 2-300rpm of lagg compared to the hy35 for all the top end and room to grow. im sure with a set of s13 cams and a light port/polish would help with the spool aswell. thanks very much for your help guys. ps that hx40 looks nasty...

Ran 11.87 3rd pass ever in the 1/4. I had maybe 30 passes in the 7.6's in the 1/8th before trying the bi...
