All I can say is build that na ka and post the dyno results, those searches revealed the truth, its not happening.
As far as I know robello racing is the only people able to make 200whp(ka24e) outside of corr/scca(very unstreetable and short life)

Re: NA KA24DE///
without spending 5k you will not make 200whp in a ka.
I would spend money on balancing it to rev high enough to make 200whp. Just saying its not a bolt on friendly motor

Re: Need help running rich issue
boost leaks, unrecirculated bov, possibly a bad burn on the chip.
but I am going to also say you should not be trying to boost on stock injectors.

be careful with the cast manifolds, ebay has two and you def dont want one of them..unless you want your exhaust gas to go under the manifold lol

Re: Spark blowout at 14psi
something is giving out on you man, I ran .04 for a long time, blaster ss coil and relay mod. From 8-18psi and a couple spikes over 20psi.
I am also curious about the xs box..is it like the aeromotive pump booster where it increases voltage or is it constantly at 20volts?

pull the turbine housing and look for a huge split, mine has a 1mm gap, letting what should be usable exhaust gas bypass the wheel

PTE injectors are like 300 for a set of 4, oring'd up...880cc rated at 600hp, I would assume closer to 500.

Re: need kat help videos inside!!!
vc= valve cover to the pipe going into the the turbo, after the maf. yeah red is stock injector. Cant be any more clear ....UNLESS TUNED a non recirculated bov WILL cause an unstable idle and **** decel stalling. buy an enthalpy/jwt tune for exactly what you have. enthalpy will be better obviously.

Re: need kat help videos inside!!!
didnt see a bov but also didnt see a recirc hose, which is your main issue. The car should run fine with the stock ecu/injector/maf just DO NOT BOOST IT AT ALL!!! Also vc to pre turbo is helpful. I dont see a wideband on that thing... get a tune for the z32 maf and 550cc injectors, enthalpy /

Re: Front Covers w/o Part of Headgasket?
the trick here is to get every bit of oil off the surfaces, then go with 1minute gasket stuff, its expensive but dries fast, let it sit a while depending on how thick the bead is.

this doesnt have to be tig welded unless thats your preferred method of welding, I weld cast to stainless/aluminized/mild steel with my harbor freight flux welder... it holds just fine, but is not very easy to look at, enters a roll of header wrap to hide the hideousness

IMHO you cannot over size wiring for your battery/starter/alternator. Or your ground. I am sure at some point you hit overkill..
