You can still get a lot of power out of the single cam you got. Check out the SOHC section.

Just get a new regulator. Don't be cheap when it comes to fuel delivery though, your motor will pay for it later. Definently want to upgrade ems. Depending on what your power goals are, look into nistune for cheaper power up to around 350hp. Anything above that Id suggest only a standalone.

/You'll have to upgrade your fuel pump as well as the injectors. Fuel flow is gonna be the thing to watch, not air. Make sure you have a big enough air filter though. Spark might be an issue also, depending on how much boost you run. I upgraded wires, coil, ignition module, and will be running ngk c...

Yea its a truck motor if it was made in mexico. The S chassis motors were made in japan. You can always get the vin numbers off the block and call nissan with them to find out exactly what it came out of, it you are that interested. Someone definently built that block though.

Fill it up, run with cap off, turn heater on. Let the fan cycle a few times. Make sure to get all the air bubbles out, and go easy on it for awhile at first to make sure you have all the air out and its not overheating.

Depends on how much boost you want to run. I picked up a tial 38mm external wastegate. Good quality and easy to get new springs to change out. There are a few for sale in the for sale section if you're interested.

Looks solid so far. How much boost do you plan to run? What ems are you going to use? I'd pick up an external waste gate for sure.

Yea as posted above, you obviously need all the other turbo essenstials to run a turbo. Otherwise, looks like a decent build so far. Don't run the OEM gasket set though, run a felpro head gasket or cometic. I'm guessing the sandwich plate is for a oil pressure sensor, or are you running the oil feed...

Looks like a solid build. Only thing that would eventually hold you back is the stock MAF. I'd go ahead and start getting in the market for a z32 MAF soon. +1 on the maf. Looks like a clean build though. Make sure you have a good tune since you're running on stock internals. Easy to snap stock rods...

Yea it has a weap hole to start pushing coolant pressure out and so you know if the pump is bad. But the gasket can leak on its own also, which causes it to overheat as well. Such as the case with mine right now. But if you don't see any leaks you should be good. As said above, you're probably lifti...

Yea it sounds like Tryingtoturbo is probably right. Make sure there are no leaks coming from your water pump gasket or that the water pump is faulty, these can cause over heating also.

Someone correct me if i'm wrong, but the pressure cap lets fluid be pulled back into the radiator from the reservoir tank as well. This keeps air out of the system and keeps the coolant level where it should be.

Did you take cap off radiator and see if you're getting bubbles? Is there coolant in your oil? Is it overheating? Any white smoke from the exhaust? A little more information on why you believe its blown would help. :) Did you make sure you "burped" the radiator correctly after the last HG ...

I'd think that would be fine, just let the car warm up and drive it easy and stay out of boost until it warms up, which you should do anyways. You shouldn't run a restrictor unless you have to.

Most people say to run a .063. Others say don't run one. I say don't run one and watch your oil pressure. If its 70 psi or higher, THEN get a restrictor so you don't blow the seals on your turbo.
