Re: 6466 28PSI
Personally i think its a middleground between precisions 6466 and 6765 because precision does have the CEA turine wheel on thier 6466. 6765 is rated for 935 if i am correct and the 6466tz should spool decently faster.
Edit:Not to mention all the great reviews about fp's customer service

I agree with super ^ i havent seen a ka head without some wear there. Ask your machinist to polish them so that there wont be anything sticking out that could create excess heat and worry about other things first. If the head was decked youll never kniw how far it was out. My head had to be decked 6...

Re: Built lower end question
Those headstuds get sketchy around 30psi, and those bc rods and most likely advertised for 700hp .i run bc rods myself. As for rev limit the calculated piston speed travel limit for the ka is 7300rpm. And many guys have pushed the ka to 8000, or 8500, but were obviously set up to make power in that ...

Re: pistons

I have thought about doing a stroker build before using custom wiseco hd's because they are rated for alot more power than standard cp's. I request a spedo video of 3rd and 4th . Pleaase
also if you can get a 4th gear pull somewhere with a bit of tweaking , i think you would have the first 700wtq ka. Better beat kedbmx to it he should do the same with his new 10.5:1 setup.
