Re: Oversize valves
Bigger valves allow for more air in and out. If youre going for higher hp they are beneficial. You can search any motor no just ka, pros and cons will be similar across the board. My evo has .5mm over and whenever i build my 240 ill have 1mm over

Re: Nissan hub bolt torque?
Ive never torqued an axle nut to spec 240 or non. I normally just zap them with my snap-on 1/2. Except for my front hubs. If i tighten them all the way they dont spin so i just set them like i would do preload on rotors with bearings

Re: No IAVC, adjusting TPS
I havent had an iacv for 6 years. Adjust the tb open some then you adjust the tps according to fsm. Thankfully my megasquirt allows me to calibrate it through the software

Re: Radiator upgrade option?
Yea ive seen them in person, one can do it with the finances. I would just do a new fan setup, with ducting. Are you running coolant or what mix. Im gonna run drinking water with 1.5 bottles of purple ice

Re: Radiator upgrade option?
Well you use an electric water pump with that setup so you can keep the coolant moving after you turn the engine off. With proper ducting like the formula drift cars have im sure they run cool enough, plus more coolant and piping that can pull heat from the system

Ive had injectors fail just on 3 before and currently my #3 has lower compression. I havent heard of the ka issue youve posted tho. I dont really see how it would run lean. If youre worried get an o2 or egt on each runner

Re: Radiator upgrade option?
My fmic isnt close to my radiator, im sure it effects my radiator but my fans are strong enough. If i had issues i could add ducting. I said v mount because you could have a bigger radiator but mainly due to the increased airflow and its further from the hot engine bay

Re: Radiator upgrade option?
I live somewhere thats normally 100+ outside, so my car gets to temp before i leave the neighborhood plus its not a daily. My fans are switched by a temp sensor. A gutted thermostat is the same as running a restricter plate and muscle car people have been doing that for decades. Then my cooling syst...

Yea 2 is better than one hahaha. I have an ebay dual core radiator with altima fans and a gutted thermostat. My fans are always on low and they have a temp switch to turn on and off then i can manually hit them for high. I try to hover around 190

Most people dont have issues like that. Air bubble possibly? Or you can remove the thermostat. Maybe add air ducting or fan shroud, lots of us run 2 fans instead of one big one.

Dont think a g37 trans will work, i have that adapter. They tell you have you need to do. Machine bellhousing and mod the shifter. Gktech is working on another bracket for the shifter. One guy who is part of the maverick crew modded his shifter alot to have a better location, i saw it in pics. And i...
