Take the manifold off and it'll make it so much easier. I know its a pain, I had to take it off and put it on like four times because I kept forgetting something. It's frustrating, but its still easier to take it off.

If you have any more questions, try the search button. Or google. What he said. Oil goes in the smaller hole and it is feed by pressure through a line that connects to your engine block. The bigger hole is where the oil comes out and flows by gravity into your oil pan. You will need to drill a hole...

If your tuners are saying they will TRY to get you more hp, then go somewhere else ASAP! You have a great setup that can easily exceed 300hp, don't let the most important part get dealt with by someone who doesn't know what they are doing. Without a reliable tune, this thing is going to blow. Please...

Stock maf, that's probably why the mechanic said you can only get around 200hp.

720cc injectors
Walbro 255
GT35 ball bearing

Get a z32 maf and you can make 300hp easy with a good tune.
Good luck.

whats a good turbo oil?

Just emptied out my oil in my s13 and getting ready for the turbo. My ka has about 50k miles on it so should I go with synthetic or use a heavier oil then factory recommends? My turbo is water cooled also if that matters. Any suggestions? What do you guys use?

Relocate battery to the trunk. If u don't want ac or...

He's saying its lean BECAUSE the fuel pressure is high. And since.it starts running lean, the ecu.will start to raise the fuel pressure to compensate, which is contributing to the problem because the injectors will fail at higher pressures. If you figure out the pressure at the problem point then yo...

Also i think your right about the eBay thing. I mean somethings need to be reinforced, like the manifolds, but others are good. Get a small intercool(eBay) there's a thread on oil lines hete somewhere, look it up. You will NEED a wideband, that can be your extra gauge. The wideband will tell you you air/fuel ratio wich is very important. Also u need something to tune with.
