I really really don't think i could ever see a t25 making 300. EVER. its just too small after about 13psi its just blowing hot air. the sr20 guys have done it...!! Hell, enjuku racing ran an12.6 on stock T25 turbo... Sure he had TONS of mods to support that turbo, but the turbo was the weakest link...

That was a great post. It kind of disappointed me because i am almost ready to install a cheap t25 setup with sr20 injectors on a 200k miles 1995 block LOL. yep doesnt hurt to be safe. I guess I'll run stock timing to about 8 psi then back off 1* for every psi after that. I will have two boost levels tho 12 psi low (daily) and 15 hi. I was thinking of using it for EGT since it should be the hotest cylinder on the car. It was just wierd to me that is came with a barbed fitting. i dont know of any other manifolds out there that come with those types of bungs or fittings on the #4 runner or any runner at all... EGT probes are old ...

I got an XS power top mount exhaust manifold and it has a vacume/pressure line hook up on it . Any know what is it used for? ahh, those those match up... an exhaust manifold wont have a vacuum or pressure port to it. i think that port that you are talking about should unscrew from that BUNG that is...

Let me repharse my question. If I want 350hp how big of an injector do I need while we can give you X injector size to reach your goals.. you can run a smaller injector and have fun with timing cause E85 apparently loves timing, and you can get higher numbers... Enthalpy right now until I figure out WTH is wrong with my car. The best numbers I saw at 20psi were 297whp and 330tq. Somewhere in that range with the stock cams with detonation. Tossed the Kelfords in and still didn't break 300whp and my torque went down below 300, but I wasn't detonating so bad....

So let me ask you guys this... The local tire shops and or mechanic shops... what size guns do they use cause everytime i go to one, they never have issues yanking off lug nuts from any studs... They pull them off with ease... and they use the same guns to tighten those same nuts back up to the stud...

About the BOV...make sure it is getting a dedicated vacuum line from the intake manifold. If it is a T'd line to some other device it will not actuate as well. :twisted: while ur above statement is preferred, tee'ing off another true vacuum source will also work cause all my components are fed off ...

best way to check if its closing under boost?? simple.. if your running off the wastegate with NO boost controller, how much pressure were you running..?? Now since your blow-thru, do a few pulls in like 3rd gear and see what pressure level your at... If they are the same, then your bov is NOT leak...

my bov has two springs as well but ive never heard that theory before.. which one did you take out and whats the purpose? how does that make it recirc any better? yea i heard that same theory b4 on another forum.. You basically remove the inner sprint so that the valve stays open all the time unles...

alright so last night we hacked up the car.. now running blowthrough.. we plugged the hole on the comp housing and one hole on the vacuum block. (one hole goes to boost controller, one hole goes to bov and one is plugged) the hole in the piping that the bov flange was welded over was only like a 1/...
