Huge thanks to DDS for getting me up and running for the drift event this weekend. 18psi might be a little much for a stock bottom end driving the way I do. Anyway lots more pictures to come. I have one... was going to try and control it, but it uses CAN(controller area network) and I don't have a dodge to figure out all the coding or time. So unless you can figure that out the actual electronic on the turbo are useless to you. I believe Delphi makes a PWM(pulse width modulation) control...

Good luck with the licensing, what kid of series are you in to attempt at the license? Do you run in a pro-am event that runs at FD races? Sorry for my newb-ish questions, I am only really familiar with how Drift Mania and it's licenses work up here in Canada. Thanks, I am running the VegasProAm's ...

From the looks of things you started with a certain goal on the first page, but by the time you got to the end, you went out of control and built it up huge! Was that the case or was this the plan all along and you just kept the surprises coming for us? I always had the plan to build it up huge and...

I believe the plate is no longer registered to any address though. This car is now just a track car. Keep up the good work though. ...

I want a cookie! haha... I bet the tune is OK. Different turbos don't generally need different tunes on MAFS based engine management systems because it is all based on the mass of air. The air velocity and density is what determines the calculated load or pressure...and therefore the potential for ...

Not to knock but the way he is welding the spindles he should really add a gusset to it. That is how all the pros do it. I have seen spindles that are just rewelded break even when they are welded properly. Adding a solid gusset down the entire side really helps take all the force off on that one li...

so essnetially you could do a awd ka_t if you wanted to? Yes, you would have to rework your oil pan to allow for the front differential and cv shafts and modify the trans tunnel quite a bit on the passenger side to accommodate the front drive shaft. - I thought with wasted spark that you had to put...

Awesome build. You have some insanely badass tools/ must know people with badass tools. Koo-dos for diy man, great thread. Made really great power and an awesome torque for that boost. Buckey helped me bled the honda slave cylinder... man this is one very stock feeling clutch the honda slave is larger diameter which gives it a great feel with the upgraded pressure plate. Also the old braided clutch line looks like it was made to be there. http://i25.photobucket.com/albums/c53/AK_S...

Started out the evening wanting to make my car easier to jack up... Having seen a similar thing on a car at FD I went to my local pile of metal remnants and salvaged some useful material. http://i25.photobucket.com/albums/c53/AK_Slick/2010%2003%2003%20Rear%20Jack%20Point%20and%20seat/P1010001-6.jpg ...

Sorry for the late update... lost track of time. Worked out the shifter today. Originally I was set on shortening the linkages and making a custom bracket but then upon further observation decided it wouldn't require much notching to make the z bracket fit. After drilling it out. http://i25.photobuc...

Today ended up being a lot more driving around getting stuff rather than working on the car but here is what I accomplished. So got the motor and trans dropped into the car. Next came the drive shaft. The one piece was my 240sx shaft and the two piece is the one from the z32. I went by Dan's Driveli...

So messed with the trans a little bit this morning and found a couple things... like my camera! Anyway: First the trans looks beastly. Alright... so since I wasn't going to pop the z32 bell housing by myself since I have a tendancy to loose the springs and bearings I decided to work on modifying the fan shroud to get a properly ducted 4,000cfm of cooling fury. Sadly I need a thin strip of sheet metal to weld in the middle but after...
