Could you take a few pictures of the diff itself? Looks a lot like one I have laying around I am not using. Been trying to identify it for a while The S15 helical is distinctive in the humps on the side that have gears in them. Like this: http://i96.photobucket.com/albums/l177/B-randomness/100_0966...

Yes, I did zero out the 112 degree value for the stock wheel from the trigger wizard. Not, sure what happens if you don't? I can't believe I forgot about that. I had the same problem. You have to change the trigger setup so that option is available, set it to 0, then change back to toothed wheel. I...

It's a S15 helical. I have been waiting for a good deal for a long time, and I got this one for $200 shipped. It is supposed to be the best compromise between cost and performance. It won't work like a clutch-type if you lift one wheel; it will just go open.

Them and deatscheworks are known for just modding stock injectors. They are a crap shoot when it comes to reliability or accuracy.

If you want to change injector sizes with MS, you can just do a calculation of what percent change in fuel you have and change your req fuel value like that. It will with VE Live! Just make your suggested AFR table which will also work with closed loop as well. Make your timing safe, rich ve values, enable ve live and drive. All you have to do is do some pulls and make sure you do not lean out. Also, please remember to setup your overboost as well. Keep...

I'm starting to see why megasquirts falls flat on it's face, it doesn't convert to psi and fuel injectors can't be converted to percentage for an easy tune. MS is great, it is TS which can be updated to do so. Tuning is easy still. It is not that hard to know that 170 kPa is 10psi. Even when on the...

To answer your question, there probably is a way you could do it by changing the ini or tweak TunerStudio to show it. But the problem you are going to run into is that in the english system, vacuum is measure in inches of mercury. If you convert in/Hg to psi, you end up with numbers with decimals ar...

Are you guys still tuning in kpa? I'm trying to figure out how to convert to psi 101.3 kpa = 1 atm. 1atm is almost equal to 1bar. 1 bar is 14.7 psi. Got it? So 101.3 kpa is "normal" atmospheric pressure. The kpa in MS is absolute, so 101.3 is 0 psi. So 101.3/14.7 = 6.89. So 6.89 kpa for e...

MPX4250 as baro correction, MAP daddy as MAP sensor?

Is it possible to do this with a DIYPNP? I live in a hilly area and I have been thinking about baro correction. I would rather use a MAP daddy as my MAP sensor and keep my MPX sensor open, mounted on the device like it already is.

For the subframe bushings? Just use solid ones. If you want to keep noise down, keep the rubber mounts for the diff.
I have solids in both and I can't really tell a difference in noise.
