So after alot, and I mean alot of thought on modern day trends and the **** I see happening in this world, inflation and just how expensive everything has become. That has been on my order list for the same reason, tried to pack the mazworx one with grease, it helped, but that buzzing sucks ass. Let me know if the z1 shifter solves the issue.

I haven't gotten to beat on mine yet.....but for such an old transmission, it sure as hell shifts better than any ka/ sr trans I've ever used.....plus I'm way more confident 1st to 2nd slamming

Re: Wild afr fluctuations at WOT

Sorry to hear man, I know the feeling.... My motor was built so long ago I don't remember what ring clearance I had requested and that along with the headlift issues I've read about here has me nervous ( standard ARP headstuds) as I'm going to start tuning for 18 lbs on my s257sxe when I get back to...

Re: Wild afr fluctuations at WOT

So the sensor responsible for measuring the AFR content of your exhaust gas is fluctuating.....but you have ruled out the exhaust gas leak pre turbo/pre afr sensor as the culprit.... Where is Tiny T when I need him.... Anyways let me not be "that guy" that turns this place into zilvia.net....

Lol thanks man I appreciate the info, but I went with the 110 amp quest alternator about 10 years back....just ordered another on Rock Auto for $75. Lucky for me all I ever had to do was grind off some material from the alternator , modify stock tensioner and I think I needed a shorter belt! Was sho...

So let me start by saying sorry for completely messing up your dyno thread 😅, so much yapping in here and no dyno sheets! Anyways I decided to go take her for a spin and see if I was able to fix the duty cycle issue....I had fixed 2 boost leaks and adjusted the fpr. So I was feeling good....first od...

I'm using a turbo smart FPR 800.....no, I had no idea the new rail would require me to readjust my base pressure. But I did now... I'm going to go for a short drive now to see if I've fixed the issue but I think my fuel pump might still be the main cause for high duty cycles.

For some reason after installing the radium rail my base pressure went to 60psi....hit 75% duty cycle on id1050x because fuel pressure probably hit 80psi! And my pump was not happy.....really wish I had a haltech with fuel pressure sensors.

You might want to enable table switching to gain better resolution , especially for timing control...my entire first 12x12 table is for NA tuning....my second 12x12 table scales in 2 psi increments to 24psi. It's makes tuning simpler for me when I'm throwing together a quick table and reducing timin...

I should have mentioned I always use boostane/VP octanium for a minimum of 100 octane. I've proven that stuff works really well gained 3 degrees of timing everywhere for 60 wtq...havent seen anyone else here push an ISR t28 to 380lbft. I'm contemplating going with the 1.0ar just to see what difference it makes in top end power since low end torque doesn't seem to be much of an issue for you...I figure If it loses 300 rpm spool but can rev without loss to 7500 would be fantastic.....I have supertech valve train and tomei cams. Close to ordering my S257, I just realized you never got a chance to test your .82 AR housing with your twin scroll manifold....granted I assume you didn't have a twin scroll housing on the .82 setup correct? Tanks man but I"ve made a few downpipes so far and I've gotten pretty comfy with it so I'll save $400 right there...not attempting a manifold anytime soon though. Would you say you very much prefer the smaller AR setup? I have 272 cams and response is important.

Pulled the trigger on the full race manifold today...maperformance.com sold me one for $1240+tax, free shipping and a free hoodie....I did it because I don't believe full race will make these much longer and I know support for the ka is pretty much dead esp in the manifold department.
