I have the same setup as he does. My piping is similar on the hot side, but different on the cold side. The similarities are where the piping passes underneath the fog lights, but that's it. I was about to upload photos I took of the piping, but my wife has misplaced the friggin cable... :x Hopeful...

What does your fuel map look like in the low load section of the map? Not sure how Biki is, but between 600-4000 RPM under light load I've got 184-192 in the fuel map. Have you changed your K value back to the original value? What about injector latency? Do you still have your stock O2 sensor plugge...
