For street and DD, t3/t04 garret 50 trim is the way to go. I had it and I loved it. Boost will not drop off at higher rpms, go with the .63 a/r they have I believe. Get it tuned for 20 lb and you will have 400 whp. Cool, about what rpms were you hitting full boost? By 3.5k rpm's I was at 15 lb with...

Safc is good for fine tunning or like 250 whp. It is 2 out 5 in on a hotwire, idle is idle, try cruising and adjusting air fuel ratio, did you get bigger injectors?

If that is the case should be an easy fix, gap your plugs down untill it does not blow out. Make sure you got the NGK bkr7e (part #4644) I think. Also another thing helped me with better spark is new alternator, mine was on his way out, (if you rev your car and at higher rpms lights get brighter, me...

I'm running a JWT Ecu and I just make it stock kade timing. If it feels like spark blow out lower the gap, but make sure you pick up some bkr73 by NGK. Also look at your wideband if its not bugging from being too rich.

So I decided to cut out my front bumber more.

So I decided to cut out the front bumper more for better air flow. I'm loving it how it turned out, was a little afraid it might look bad. Question for a bigger turbo guys

So I just put on precision 6262 its big and laggy. So I wondering, running it at 27 lb, but in first gear I can only get it to get up 21lb second gear 24lb, then rest gears are fine ( I think) So should I be able to build up 27 psi in 1st and 2nd gear as well?

Do a compression check, if its good then boost it, on a basic t2 set up it will last for a long time. For starters I would recomend a tuned edit so you don't have a headache with a tune.
