Bottom mount SR style setup will only allow you to run a 5bolt upgraded turbine outlet to a 3 inch SR downpipe. Soooooo basically no modification necessary.

I don't see a need to do any sort of custom work with this setup

and I did the same with my bolts. I learned to take a little extra time and do it right the first time with those dam bolts, so they don't back out. :D

S13 KA24DE into S14 OBD1

Ok, so I just picked up a S13 KA24DE motor w/ S14 trans. Just wondering if there were any problems that I was going to run into when installing. Is it going to work with my S14 OBD1 harness since its OBD1 also? Its a full motorset and would like to use the S13 Intake manifold too. Thanks for the help

Main & Rod Bearings - Sizing

Time has come to start looking into ordering some main/rod bearings for my bottom end rebuild. The link below is what i've been considering, but I would also like a second opinion. Would it be good for me to order the STD sized bearings? Or should I have the machine shop measure it out and order eac...

After speaking with my tuner, im going to upgrade to 1000cc injectors/Fuel Rail/Nismo FPR just to be on the safe side. Im looking at the fuel uprade as an investment into the safety of my hard earned money (built motor).

So i'll be selling the 740cc soon haha

Pump Gas Compression Ratio

So im going to be ordering pistons in like 2 hrs and was wondering if I should stick with CP's 9:1 comp ratio. Car will be tuned on 93octane, 740cc, 2871r, Z32 Maf, Nistune.

Should it still be safe for my tune? Not looking to go around popping motors.

My track S14 runs a few of those parts mentioned above (aside from the Turbo...bad idea) and have had no problems. I don't see much room for error when making an intercooler kit, or exhaust pieces. I've read nothing but great reviews about the Dunlop Direzza Star Specs. The price is pretty good too. Those will probably be my next tires. I have run two sets on my S2000 and am on my first set on the 240sx. They are definitely good tires. XSs seem to have a little more grip though, as well as be...

I still dont' see a solid reason to spend double on a 2871r when all of your goals will be EASILY met with a S15 Turbo. And I 100% agree with the above post for trying to source a GTiR T28...great turbo for the price. Some crazy Japs across the pond supposedly made around 350whp with some of their c...

well for about half the price of the 2871r you can buy a brand new S15 T28 aka 2560r. Its dual ball bearing and will support 300whp. And will definitely spool earlier than the 2871r .64 So seeing that your not going over 280-300whp, it would be silly to spend the extra money on something your not go...

Theres a few more things i need to know before i can steer you off in the direction of tire choices: 1) Is it strictly just for summer fun? 2) Does it rain alot where you live? Check out Hankook RS2's or RS3's. Cheap and have decent grip for the money. If you don't care for wet handling look into Ku...
