Tilton 3 disc is cheap and not near as bad on the street as I thought.

The shimless buckets are 7.88mm thick. Most ka's require a bucket height of around 5-5.5mm. I use a cnc lathe to machine the underside of the buckets. The buckets are very hard, so it takes special ceramic tooling. I've done several ka's with this setup. It is sweet. Total cost of $600.

I'll bet that is not the manifold you will get. That is a burn's collector and they go for $500 plus.

Replace the pcv box with a block off plate, tap and pipe plug the 4 ports under the intake and put A filter on the valve cover. Every ka I build leaves the shop like this. Catch cans are for wore out motors.

A good clutch and sticky tires will kill a stock trans at the drag strip. Does not matter how much power you make. I've twisted off several output shafts with 200whp.
