Re: Quick PCV Question
I run my valve cover and pcv to a catch can with -8 lines. That's it. I check it after a few runs and there's alot of gunk in there idk why anybody would want that goin in their turbo. I'm making 660+whp been this way for 2 yrs zero issues.

Re: Xcessive Z32 Adapter Failure - Do Not Buy
Oem bolts are very strong. I think there stronger than arp. Arp ask for 90lbs oem ask for 105-112lbs. I spoke to import dps and they used oem bolts on there race car when it ran 9.0s at only 115mph so that just tells you the launch was prob a 1.0 60ft easily a 8.5 pass

Re: Xcessive Z32 Adapter Failure - Do Not Buy
Yes I drilled the crank and flywheel and used 2 dowel pins at 12 and 6 o.clock it'll keep the flywheel in place. Many races cars use this method

You won't get head lift under 600whp using arp. Torque them to 70

Re: whats it take to do a wheelie (ka-t)
Yeah that's the idea. Soft rear to squat but not to soft cuz negative camber comes into play. Stiff front so the spring don't open. Some wide sticky slicks

Re: whats it take to do a wheelie (ka-t)
If you check out my Video I almost got the wheels off the ground. Maybe if I had coilovers up front it would have lifted. I have kyb gr2 up front and the spring opened up. I seen a sr20 in a white coupe do a wheelie might have been ladder bar or dialed in suspension. 240s are too long to lift

Re: Supakat's Thread
I didn't jinx you lol I been there bro and I did rebalance the flywheel before I installed everything back. The ring on the flywheel was falling off. But ever since I went oem torqued to 105 I haven't had a issue but than again I only ran the car about 5 times. Now I need a clutch disc cuz the trans...

Re: Supakat's Thread
I'm revving to 7k. And the ka24de arp head studs are alot stronger than the Saturn ones. I used the Saturn ones and made 665 and lifted the head on the dyno pretty bad. Made 660 wit the ka studs not one drop of coolant. Still have the ka studs n they been holding up great. Only issue was the cometic...

Re: Supakat's Thread
Do you know how much faster the 11 blade billet spools compared to the 7 blade cast which is really a 14 blade because it has little blades behind the 7. It must be heavier. I see full boost at 5800 with my s366 I'm hoping the billet will spool 500rpms sooner so I can be at full boost during gear ch...

I don't think that's necessary. There's plenty of videos on youtube about body work. And this is a ka-t website not 240sx.

They'll fit but they'll stick out meaning you can't lower the car much and its going to look ugly but it's your car. if you like your tires sticking out like a Honda go for it

Re: Turbo advice needed
S300 it's a 62mm turbo rated for 300hp -800hp or s200sx rated for 200-580hp. I had a precision and the borg warner is better! More reliable and cheaper to rebuild

Should have went with 255 or slicks if the car is stick. Those 275 are going to stick out which personally looks horrific

Re: Xcessive Z32 Adapter Failure - Do Not Buy
ok I was off $80 since the machining as you stated is already on the bill. my point is if u have a machinist who can cut the housing, xcessive is better and cheaper. my short shifter relocator gave me one issue the striker rod came loose so I had to weld the universal joints. maz is great but shippi...

Re: Xcessive Z32 Adapter Failure - Do Not Buy
I wouldn't bash xcessive too much. there kit is actually the better kit to buy. I'll explain... before you order you'll tell rich you don't want the spacer or starter that should reduce the kit to about $1000. find a machinist have it cut 1/2" and put the thing on the car with oem flywheel bolt...

Re: Xcessive Z32 Adapter Failure - Do Not Buy
xcessive and the flywheel bolts gave me a headache last year I literally took out the trans more times than my spark plugs. now everything is great oem bolts haven't broke. my machine shop guy said the arp were long enough I used loctite n torqued to what the paper said I think 90 and they came loos...
