I got the replacement bearings from acl today will check them tomorrow to make sure I don't have the same problem as before. Machine shop said the line bore was a little off making the bearings a little tighter on the crank so they did a line hone

I welded a bung into the pan at the bottom for oil temp and using a mechanical gauge. I used a 1/8" npt to 4AN fitting for oil feed to the turbo.

So I figured out the problem with the crank not turning. Measured the thrust bearings and the were 1.065 inches and the measurement should be 1.061 inches so ACL screwed up on the packaging which is a relief should have the new ones tomorrow.

Welcome to the forum....Got one little tip I had same mani on my old setup pushing 18lbs and my wastegate flange blew apart the welds snapped clean off so watch out.... You have alot of quality parts spend the 600 and get a legit mani thats my advice

I was able to get my fuel lines ran minus the return I need on more straight 6AN fitting. Also got my oil feed line ran with a nice little earls 4AN inline 140 micron filter. So I got a call from my machine shop today and my head was done. They decked my head with the upper timing cover, he told me they took .01 off to get it mated up perfectly. Yea I had it laying around so I figured why not can't hurt it fits perfectly. And thanks I has taken some time but she is starting to take shape I can't wait to finish it up just have some small things to button up and few parts here and there but should be done by june i am hoping.

Just ordered my catch can, the fittings for the catch can as well as an aluminum nut to weld to valve cover. As well as BLOX vacuum block and Earls 4AN oil filter I will run the filter on the feed line running to the turbo.
