Yes and it is hard to come by depending on your location and parts guy knowledge. I set it to the side. If I need to roll it in some toilet paper and mail it to you I can....but I promise it will be new TP.

75 amp? I found one...and PS it'd be good to ohm those terminals to ground to make sure the next fuse doesn't pop.

Describe the test of the alt. please. Well I didnt test it myself. I took it to autozone and they tested it for me two times. Not sure what kind of test they run. If it's back on the car get a voltage reading at idle. Then turn on a bunch of accessories and get another reading. Usually a diode will...

Question...what gauge are you taking this reading from? In my experience this is the most inaccurate when it comes to cheapies. Second 34 with vacuum and 43.5 without. So setting it without a running engine can make or break this deal.

I'd say yes this is related. In your shoes ( if it's not an obvious electrical problem) I would unhook the battery and ammeter the pull and start eliminating systems via fuses. Although this sounds more like a major power supply problem IMHO.

Good to hear that you have had success so far...thanks for the feedback! Do you recommend paying a shop to heat coat both the manifold and the turbine housing? Or, can I do it at home with some high temp paint and my oven? Also, do you recommend a special tool to RnR the o2 sensor? And, what EMS ar...

Didn't like my far wall after sleeping on it. Re-did some stuff....but now I am framed up to the new interior door. I'm removing the outside entry completely. I don't think I have a picture but I have the header and trim boards setup. It's going smooth now. http://i113.photobucket.com/albums/n240/Ma...

For future reference I've also used the reverse method on "mushroomed" or damaged CV axles. Undo a hacksaw blade and assemble it with the blade inside the nut. Three grooves cut. Clean it up a little and and you have chaser for that huge stuff. Had to do it on my Q45 axle.
