Awesome man sounds good! I had a lexus sc I just sold. I sent him your way for a bunch of parts and megasquirt. He could use that motor when you're done.

Re: Spark blowout at 14psi
At the same time....We should look into this. You have 20 volts at your coil. What is the max your alt. puts out? What's in the guts of said XS piece? How is this piece setup? Lots of questions for sure.ICEMAN.KCMO wrote:gets power from the factory 12v source.. think i still need to do the relay mod?

gets power from the factory 12v source.. think i still need to do the relay mod? I don't know what I think. When it comes to voltage and amperage. 1.) I wouldn't be upset about 30's for gap. 2.) I wouldn't know how to feel about a capacitor supplying another capacitor. I would hunt for the closest ...

I'll be the devil's advocate here. I love my bottom mount. I plan on making my next manifold and it will be a bottom mount. Heat issues and DP location are so easily solved in this chassis with it. But it directly affects AC and PS capabilities......so as everything it's a give and take world.

I have not, but made a similar Dp. I have the bottom mount from the previous employer he was at and have the initial setup done. Have to get a bottle and wiring to finish the DP but here is a few pictures of it. http://i113.photobucket.com/albums/n240/Marcus240sx/IMG_20130601_181500_340_zpsd0957ec0....

I can't answer your question...but I can say from my own personal experience I was on my tip toes to do a "bolt-on" T28 setup a couple of years ago with an ebay setup.....trashed the idea for the reason of either having to hammer the firewall or reweld everything. I'm different today in th...

I've done a few cars with energy suspension kits. They are more expensive than they used to be but they're still less than 150 for a full kit. It is more work..but I've enjoyed them.
Edit: Wouldn't recommend without a press.

I didn't read nearly all of this...but have you jacked it up to atleast see if something is beat to death? Lift it up and see what you're dealing with on the bushings. The bushings aren't expensive...the time to do it is the problem I get that.

What friction disc did you put on it? I guess with that kit it comes with an OEM disc and a 6 puck?
How well were the PP surface and FW surface cleaned when you were going together with the clutch? There is usually oil coated over to prevent rust.

Re: Elec Fan Stalls car when turned on!
To me I'd be worried of where you tied the grounds in. Ground it to the frame. And also I'd be hesitant to tie into the fuel pump circuit period. I'd keep that circuit among itself and rewire your fans for I feel the fans are okay and the wiring is an issue.
