Re: turbo 240 fuel rail
the brackets are just flat metal with a bolt hole on each end. one end bolts to the rail and your spacer and long bolts together should go on the other end of the spacer and fasten to the intake mani. I found a long aluminum round pipe at work. im gonna cut off what i need to use as spacers. looks t...

Just feels like it stays rev'd up. Could be the quicker response from the light weight shaft.

j30 diff ?
My interstate speed is 65-75. My rpm is 2800-3000 and feels like I need a 6th gear. I think my 1 piece aluminum drive shaft plays a role. Will a j30 diff lower my rpm and possibly give better gas mileage?

Re: 10.5:1 CR + E85 w/ stock ECU
I saw some threads where guys used sr injectors and a walboro pump and worked fine. But above 65mph the computer couldn't adjust anymore and the cars didn't run good. so 65mph and under should be fine according to the posts i read.

apexi N1's not holding up
MY coils are stiff or blown but the car isn't slammed so i have no idea why over the past 5 months both brackets have broken. the last one broke on the interstate. I went across a few bridges with a drop. I bought the car with a set of cheap function and form type 2.5's. they where new without a scr...

Re: OBDII emissions testing, feasibility of adding turbo?
The guy at Jim wolf says the egr doesn't work all the time. Just off a vaccum at times or something like that. Like I stated before he says there's ways to fool the ecu and they do tune obdll ecu's and pass. Give them a call or return the car back to stock every year. Or you can find you a shop that...

Re: OBDII emissions testing, feasibility of adding turbo?
Do the custom builders in Cali get special treatment? The guys you see on tv i mean? I know they can register the cars as a promo shop car and get special insurence and the same with old skylines and silvias. But can only put so many miles a month on the car. I just like to know what do all the Hot ...

Re: OBDII emissions testing, feasibility of adding turbo?
I spoke to a tech at jim wolf. He told me they tune cars in house and mail order 0bd2 and they pass inspections. this was also a prob for me until i learned alot of 1996 obd2 ecu's won't communicae with the inspection computer so you get a waiver from the DMV. nissan 240sx is just one. I was told th...

oil light came on this morning
I got oil so where do I start? I'll probably replace psi switch, sending unit and pump. But the thing is, no local store carries the pump or sendind unit. So where's the best place to get these parts? Or should I just let a shop check over everthing first?

what have s14 owners done to solve the wet highway sound in the rear while driving in the rain or on a wet road? sounds like air blowing but it's the tires rolling on a wet surface.

To those that run e85
I've read a few things that i need some clearing up on..Does e85 lack the punch you get from 93octane? and exactly witch line does e85 eat through and just what to replace those lines with? I have e85 all around me and im thinking of running 95lb injectors and a fuel rail set up.
