Where should the a/f ratio be at idle..?? Mine reads 19.9 at idle... and wont go richer unless i tune the afc +50 % at 1000 rpm... and even that wont raise up the a/f ratio much..

Pull that wastegate feed line and pour some water in it and see if water starts to drip out of it...
Or just presurize that hose itslef to see if it leaks... Something is wrong with that wastegate and its NOT opening like it should, whether its the feed in or the spring itself..!!

UPDATE: Well i pulled the tire off and yanked out the wheel well and traced that AC line back to where it meets with the main wiring harness..... OMFG..!!! I dont know what happened, but something in there got really HOT and melted about 6-7 wires together..!! I mean all the wires were melted togeth...

Let me ask u this, when ur driving and ready to go under boost, does it feel like its ready to go way out to 25+ psi....?? Or does it feel like its gonna stop at the 9 psi..... What fuel system r u running..?? Can ur fuel setup support 9 psi..?? If u can support that high, then play with the gas ped...
