Put it in a vice, heat up the adapter with a torch and then spray the O2 threads with liquid penetrant. That should help free it up. Don't breathe the fumes...

If you dont get a voltage the O2 is probably dead.

Try getting a voltage with the engine at 2000 RPM. It should fluctuate.

I torqued mine to 75 and I think I might be pushing some coolant...it's weird because I did a 0-120mph run yesterday and it didn't push any coolant but some days I see it leak a bit out the top of my circuit sports overflow tank. Keep the glasspack resonator where it is and put on the biggest magnaflow can muffler you can fit.

The muffler is what does the quieting work. The resonator is basically a frequency attenuator that takes some of the raspy-ness out of the sound.

I have the Hallman Pro RX with the cockpit control. Works great.

I dont think larger valves will help this head...the valves are already shrouded by the
combusion chamber so theres nowhere for the air to flow around a quarter of the valve.

Are you guys getting chamber milled and welded?

You might need head work to get to 600whp but its a good turbo fo sho.

I run the AEM meth kit with 100% methyl hydrate (no water). I use the large injector and it is placed just above the battery tray on the cold pipe about 8" from the TB. The best spot to put it is just after the IC on the cold pipe but I wanted easy access to it in case there was leak or wanted ...

Oil and coolant mix and blown headgasket are not mutually inclusive...is it a stock motor? Maybe it's ring lands...

Swap in the DOHC KA after you do a compression test and make sure you get a warranty on it.

Ah good find. My buddy's AMS mani cracked too...The top mount manifold that I got had a missing weld and was blowing exhaust. I remove it three times and used new exhaust gaskets until I realized there was a gaping hole from a friday afternoon weld job.

If you're starting from scratch dont bother with the chip burner style. It is a huge pain in the ass - believe me. Just get a real time board like nistune, nemu, etc.

If you really set on it, I'll sell you mine for $200 all in. USB chip burner, ECU, daughter board and about 8 chips.

If you can figure that out..turbo is no big deal.

Try spraying some carb cleaner around the surfaces and see if the idle changes. Did you torque it in the right sequence?

Better yet, make a boost leak tester...it's probably one of the hoses on the back of the head or under the intake manifold.
