I'm sorry if I missed it, but someone said that you were making an awful lot of hp for such a "small" turbocharger on your setup? I see it's made by tripe K but what exactly is it?

I'm definately down, already have the cash. Just wish you guys supported cobra maf's because I got a pretty good deal on one and was hoping to be able to run it with my setup.

How much of a difference does that aluminum driveshaft and lightweight flywheel make on a NA 240 man? I'm just wondering if it's worth it to lighten up the drivetrain while or just saving some cash and keeping it like it is.

Wow, only a year and a half for that...you're a pretty damn good fabricator. How much did you have invested in the car and was the RB converted to single turbo or still twin?

I once knew a guy that had a turbo jetta that was pretty quick. It kept up with most of the fox bodies around town and the mustang gt's with bolt ons. But the transmission in it blew up on multiple occasions. Other than that, I've never seen a quick VW.

Yeah I guess you're right, I guess if I still have 550cc injectors with stock fuel pressure it will still flow more. So you're saying you guys think it's the bottom O-rings, the big ones that are pushed into the bottom of the fuel rail that's causing my problem? I should be able to pick those up at ...

Jesus that rear end is beast man. I can't believe how clean your Z was either, how long did it take you to complete it and how hard was it to get restoration parts for it?

Yeah I was definatly gonna get them flow tested lol. Ok, so the injectors I have appear to be side feed. Is there an aftermarket rail that will accept side feed injectors or do I need to just use my stock one?

CEL flashing, Throwing code for "leaking injector"

I have a stock block KA with I/H/E and it's still throwing the codes for a leaky injector. My question is, since I already have most of the things I need to go KA-T, can I run an adjustable FPR, Walbro 255 and 550cc side feed injectors on a stock block as long as I maintain stock pressure with the F...

Ah, well thanks for the help anyways man. I was hoping that was it, I might just swap to a walbro anyways and change the filter and see where that takes me. If that doesn't work, then I'll check all the ignition and timing stuff.

There was a guy on here having idle problems with his car also and he ended up figuring it was the fuel pump. I would change it out but I'm gonna end up with a walbro later on anyways, so would a walbro work on the stock fuel raid and stock fpr? It shouldn't send more fuel to the injectors than nece...

Yeah, on the ECU? It is turned to the normal position. Now I swapped the injectors with a friends KA, but it's still doing the same thing.

You mean the fuel pump went bad in it? I'm wondering because I have a problem kind of like that and the ECU is throwing the codes for injectors (code 45). I already swapped injectors with a friends KA, and the code is still there so.

Yeah, actually I just remembered that I have a '91 lol. Sorry for the confusion, I have another hatch in my garage that's an '89, that's why I was pretty sure it hadn't been swapped. I guess I'll be buying more parts soon. I could beat the h3ll out of the kid that sold me this car, he never did any ...

Wow, that sucks because I've been driving it back and forth to work every day. It's only a mile or so though, because I live on base. I'm gonna pull the plugs tonight before I go to work and see if they're fouled. I replaced them with good ones about 3 months ago. I guess it could be the spark plug ...
