I have also had this problem. Last winter I was checkin out my stock rubber fuel lines, and they seemed to be rather dry rotted. So I went to advance and picked up some new hose. Pretty sure its for carbed vehicles. Its rather mushy, its only leaked on me once, but now that I have the motor back out...

Where are these shops you're talking about? IMO I wouldnt take my car to a shop to get boosted. Lets face it, you'll prolly have problems, and nothing is worse than not knowing what is wrong or how to fix the problem. If you do it yourself, you see exactly how everything is put together. Polishing sucks. Dermal, sanding, sanding, sanding etc. etc. then polishing. You basically have to get it smoothed down with about 1000 grit then you can start to polish it.

I just noticed how the stock silvia front bumper has a fent for the smic, kinda cool. Looks good and is a similar setup to what Ill be running this spring. Only thing I can suggest would have been to clean that engine bay when you had everything out. Good to hear you're sticking with the ka.

Its just an external coil. S14 KA's have them built into the distributer. One of the few things you have to change when swapping an s14 ka into an s13.
