It didn't sound like it was bouncing the rev limiter from 1st to 2nd. It sounded like you got that figured out. You gotta let me know how you pulled that off

Thanks... I waited two hours for my car to cool down so the trans would shift better... It was still slipping and the shifts were very slow but she didnt hit the rev limiter...elks240 wrote:Damn that is awesome!!

I have NO idea why the RE401 has a drain plug and the RE403 doesn't9sec240 wrote:

I installed an autometer temp sender in my pan while I was swaping the harness and that will work for my drain.
I'm going to use some of that heavy-duty tractor fluid, that should improve shifting and not boil... I just hope it doesn't stall it earlier
We need trans brakes time to study those hydralic diagrams again...

What size is your tranny cooler? And are you using -6 or -8 lines going to and from.
