Noob question about a turbonetics turbo kit
will a s13 turbonetic turbo kit fit on a s14???? if not what would i need???
*Clearance is key*
Problems include length/ angles of intercooler piping and the proximity of the downpipe/turbo/wastegate to the power steering and brake master cylinder.
Other than that as long as the kit was made for the DOHC, the manifold should bolt right up, and there are always ways of making things fit on cars

Wait, when you say "S13", do you mean KA24DE (LATE S13) or KA24E (EARLY S13)? If you're asking a n00b question, I'd hate to think that you were getting ahold of a KA24E turbo kit and expecting it to work on the KA24DE engine. S13 had both engines.
