Where can i get Ngk bkr7e's?

Post by xpinoyxmk »

Is frsport the only place that sells them? Or does anyone know if any parts stores sell them?

Check Advance, Autozone, and Napa and they dont carry them.

Trying to get them gapped at .28 for my t28 setup sitting in my room.

Thanks,
-Marc

Ask for spark plugs for a 1992 mazda miata. 1.8L

I can't remeber if they are BKR6 or BKR7 but I know the miata as a colder plug then a 240.

Try NGK BCPR7ES (3330) if you want to live on the edge.

I have had good luck with them.... they are for a 7mgte toyota supra... One of the more knowledgable members was talking about using them. They seem to foul less and work very well. Not to mention, they are usually in stock.

I use BCPR6ES (2330) since im on e85 and lower power.

these plugs are a common honda motorcycle plug. the honda shop will sell them as bkr7e-11 which just means they are gapped at .011" easier to find in a motorcycle shop by far than an auto parts store. just fyi

I work at advance auto parts and we always have bkr7e, bkr7e11, bcpr7es, and r5671a-7 plugs in stock. All will work great, but i have the best luck with bcpr7es plugs.

You can't cross reference bkr7e in the computer, but we carry them. Generally, if the guy/gal is at the counter can't find it in the computer, it doesn't exist. Look up the most current stock number and go into the parts stores with part numbers on hand. If it was up to me I wouldn't let most of my coworkers handle a broom, much less look up parts on a computer.

They are gapped at 1.1mm (.043), not .011. I prefer the R5671A-7, because it does not have a projected tip. Also the cheapest. I run the R5671A-10.

I bought mine at advance and autozone, and have used both copper and irid, both ran well, couldnt see much difference. schmauster920 did you ever have any fouling issues with those ? I was tempted to try but read that large gap would foul, so I stuck with the norm, maybe your E85 helps?

Dude I love Advance but your sooooo right. If its not in the computer it doesnt exist...story of my life. I would say to my self, how come know one but the internet sells these plugs, it cant be. Had to settle for 6e because 7e DIDNT EXIST.

Didn't read all this, but BKR7Es are part number 4644. Any advance/autozone can search that part number and find them.
