Ka-t help
Ok not sure if I'm in the rite part of the forum sorry about that. Ok I need sum help I just did a stock rebuild on my ka bottom end and the head the head gasket is cometic and the head studs are arp my question is I want to get around 300 to 350 hp with a precision turbo I was looking at the pt5858 or pt6262 but I'm not 2 sure if those turbos would be good for my set up I want a turbo that can give me more that 350hp but my goal for this set up is 350 , and also I need so that spools at least at 3500rpm the injectors that am using are 500cc with an obx top feed fuel rail , Aeromotive fpr and a walbo fuel pump. I will be using row tune or jwt thanks for the help
a 6262 would be too laggy for just making 350hp. Its better if your looking to make 500+ hp. I'd say go with a simple 50 trim. Thats what I have and its good till about 400hp if you really push it. Makes full boost around 3500 as well.

They should give me some shares! When wasn't on the dark side, I kept reading about Holset and people telling everybody about them. I learned my lesson about cheap chinese turbo's. Picked up my holset coming up a year ago and she is still blowing strong.Walperstyle wrote:^Holset salesman :p

Lol Holset owes supa a few HX35s at least lol
I have an MHI turbo (mitsubishi heavy industries) picked it up for 300 brand new. I havent installed it yet, but its compariable to the HX35, keep in mind there are a lot of similar sized turbos if you can find one cheap, do some homework and go OEM, china turbos dont last

Re: Ka-t help
I know this was an old post but I I wanted to give an update because you never know there might be someone out there that wanted to do the same thing that I did or I was asking questions about. I end up with a garret 3071r with 1000cc injectors car made over 400 hp
