I just want to know if you can use the stock speedometer with the mspnp2 for a 95 240sx obd1?

yes, you can use the stock speedometer. I'm running MSPNP2 on my 95 with no issues to the speedo or tach.
The speedo goes from the tranny to the gauge cluster regardless. I can understand there being concern about the tach. The speedo isn't controlled by or from the ECU though.
