around 25 psi before it gets dangerous, and at 30 psi you need a tune

no man around 25 psi is fine but why 25 when you can run 30 and play it risky.

I just run some colder plugs and im good to go on 87 at 30psi on my t25... i make about 450 hp and torque. I could prolly squeeze another 5-6psi at my level... cause i have a fmu. and 740cc injectors. But really i daily drive my car, so I can't afford to be risky, i have to have something to tamper with the fuel. Sometimes just for **** and giggles i advance the timing about 6* and run some e85 it pulls like a scall'ded dog.

the block can handle about 6000psi before you start reaching problems.

thats just silly, you start lifting the head at like 60-70 psi, unless you upgrade to 9/16 inch head bolts.

You heard if from the magazines. The 240sx rolled out with a motor that was stout as queen latifas ankles and as sophisticated as a cannon ball. I would recommend you stick with the top mount mainfolds on your kinda application. The ebay ones are pretty good they typically have issues with the exhaust pushing up on the turbo so the bigger the better. A t3 twin scroll off a cummins or a mack truck would prolly get you to those numbers but my t25 spools nice and low. With a bigger turbo i would prolly be around the 700 hp range. Like ivan but he does way too much just to daily drive his car really all thats needed is a fmu and a set of injectors.

idk, piston squirters, cam over valve, full crankshaft girdle. Sounds more like nissan gave us a blessing in disguise.

I agree with ^ it might as well be a tractor motor with some modern amenities. I think thats awesome. I love how that little thing makes torque.

Worst thing that'll happen with stock internals is a little blow-by....in which case just route your valve-cover breather back into your oil fill (drill a hole in your existing cap. Or you can take the custom route and make one out of wood), that way the blow-by just cycles back into the engine and you don't lose any oil. Simple.

Enough fun with the poor guy. I'm locking it.

OP you'd do yourself a huge favor by doing a search though.
