Help identify plugs

Post by MRLuke »

Finally there is a light at the end of the tunnel..

I just need some help identifying what these plugs do and whether I need them or not.

This first bunch are on the starter loom and next to the battery connection (which has 2 plugs on it??) I guess they go into a fuse box?

This one is on the same run as the MAF plug. Is it for a temp sensor or something?

These 2 come from the main loom just before it goes through the bulkhead, can see anything to plug them in to?
Image

I also have a couple left on the gearbox that dont seem to connect to the engine loom. Can get pictures if needed?

Cheers for any help :D

was this car originally auto then manual? you tend to end up with spare plugs when you do that.

This car was originally a Ford lol. Im not sure on the engines history but I think it has always been a manual.

Supakat thanks, I will have another look around at the IACV connections but I think everything is plugged in down there.

Just need to decide what to do about the fusebox..

Also, the ps connection goes to a pressure switch on our lines. When the steering wheel is turned and pressure is seen, the ECU carries up the idle 100 or so rpm. Thought I would just throw that in.
