s14 Turbo hood clearance issues advice
what do you top mount guys do to clear the hood with bigger turbos?? any suggestions are welcome. i really dont wanna cut into hood or use hood spacers.

If you don't want to cut into the hood support or use head spacers, your only other option is to lower and/or tilt the engine. The KA already sits crooked, so I wouldn't try and tilt it any more. You just have to be mindful that your oil pan may be the lowest point on your car after that. With stock pan, that may not be a huge issue. But with the Xcessive oil pan adapter and my ISIS SR sump, my pan is already very low. So, on my car, I cut my hood support for clearance.
