Hey Guys!
How many times have you all searched for something, and found it; but ended up not finding a solution, due to the thread never ending with a conclusion?
I know the answer is somewhere between 83875986359 and 3275382503975405 times. Well lets start a new trend that will help us all, and everyone else that comes after us who are looking for answers. What do you guys say?
Here is my proposal:
EVERY TIME we start a thread asking for help or needing a solution, we MUST conclude that thread. Let us not leave any thread without a conclusion. And once we find an answer to our problem, let us edit the first post, and write something like "EDIT: Problem solved. The problem was this, this, and this; and It originated by this; and I solved it by doing this."
Let's hear what you guys have to say.
Let us conclude our threads!

I think this would help a lot of people, especially new people and to those finally getting turbo after months/years of hard work building a car and working out the bugs.I remember when I was new to things I did a lot of searching and reading similar problems thinking I was gonna get a solution but then disappointed when it was never stated what actually fixed the issue.
New turbo setup build in progress-11mm headstuds/cometic head gasket/jwt cam gears added,prec. 6266,gato mani,prec.46mm wg,bigger fmic,mspnp2,z32 trans,spec twin,q45 rear,full energy bushings. Still need injectors,and a few other small things
Old setup-ka24de-wiseco 9:1 pistons,eagle rods,arp studs,jwt s1 cams,brian crower springs and retainers,jgs log mani,t3 57trim .63 a/r,tomei 740cc,38mm turbonetics evolution wastegate,synapse bov,ebay fmic,nistune,j30 lsd.5 speed swap,z32 brakes F&R.

Perhaps something where the OP can choose the thread is 'SOLVED' similar to how you can be notified if replies are posted? Then the topic could be branded/marked as SOLVED?shift_down wrote:Hey Guys!

Ahhh, this is a good idea. But the op needs also to state how it was solves in his original post.

I did this a few times when solving issues, adding [Solved] in the post subject with the solution. This can help a lot.

Yep. There's a way to add a mod in the software so it's selectable by the op.

Re: Let us conclude our threads!
Glad you brought this back up Shift. Lets do it! Sounds like something definitely worth the while to add, Rick
Re: Let us conclude our threads!
Awesome Idea! And also awesome that can be implemented.
As long as the people aren't too embarrassed of what the problem really was.
