Bad TPS?

Post by s14BEAST808 »

So my s13 is still idling high.
IACV does work but you pretty much have to screw it in all the way to idle at 1,000.
Adjustment to the throttle cable doesn't work either.
When i unplug the TPS my car doesn't do anything different, and no CEL is on.
Shouldn't there be some difference? The car is idling around 1,500 rpms.

no..... not a single vac leak anywhere. All intake gaskets are replaced, What are signs of a bad tps. My s13 is idling at 1500. If i screw the IACV all the way in it idles at 1,000 but dies in gear, cause its idling so low. Also could it be my maf? Just me unplugging my maf, it dies. idk just thought id say.
