Finally got my car on the dyno with the new turbo, injectors, maf and 21 PSI.
This was done on a dyno jet dyno I would say it reads a little high.

This turbo is a custom built triple Ball Bearing T3/T4 with a T04E cover, 67mm compressor wheel and a P-Trim wheel on the exhaust. The runs were made with a 50/50 mix of c16 and 94 octane. Obviously alot more power can be found, but I just wanted to get an idea where I was at. Setup as follows:

Built bottom end (Brian Crower Rods, Weisco 9:1 Pistons)
Stock head and cams
850cc Subaru side feed injectors (running wrx injector clips)
N62 Maf
JGS Log Manifold
38mm Wastegate (Recirculated)
Ebay Intercooler and exhaust
EPROM tune + SAFC 2

Methanol Injection coming soon...

nice numbers andrew!

be nice so see the same tune/boost setup done on a proper manifold now, and see the difference.

Tell me about it, I only managed a 114 mph trap. Definately needs some tweaking, I might try putting some Cams in it. I rather not change the whole exhaust manifold out at the moment.

I strongly recommend upgrading the turbo manifold and to a 44mm wg. I promise you will see, hear, and feel the difference  what ar turbine are you running?

Are you running the JGS downpipe? If so, you will need to upgrade to a 3" in order to make better power. A different manifold is not necessary, but you might be able to squeeze better flow out of it if you port the manifold a bit.

iirc reading the jgs manifold i only recomended for 350 hp max,

the better the motor breathes the more power it will make,

The downpipe was upgraded to a 2 - 7/8" diameter. The turbo has a .63 a/r backside on it. There is no doubt that a tubular manifold would probably yield 20% more power.

I'm installing methanol injection when I'm back home again and see if I can make these numbers on pump gas. Maybe a mild set of cams would also help wake it up.

Cometic with ARP head studs.

Little update: car made 396 hp @ 22 PSI on pump fuel with methanol Injection. I thought the dyno was a little generous but mutiple 120 MPH traps at the track make it right on the money.
